1st Prize in MRiT and SARP competition for the concept of a multi-family residential building with reduced energy consumption
We are winning the architectural competition for the concept of a multi-family residential building with reduced energy consumption organized by the Ministry of Development and Technology in collaboration with the Association of Polish Architects!
The primary premise of the project is a modern approach to the model design of a multi-family building, taking into account all aspects of its implementation and functioning. The concept includes the building’s adaptability to the needs of future investors, optimization of construction time and costs, reduction of maintenance costs while minimizing negative environmental impact through the use of prefabricated CLT elements, and ensuring the residents’ quality of life by considering their needs and social relationships. The project analyzes various location variants, from rural areas to small and medium-sized towns to large cities with high building density. This allows for the assumption that the project’s adaptability will enable its wide application in different local conditions. One of the most important premises is the highest possible degree of prefabrication of the structure, which aims to facilitate its widespread use.
We congratulate the other winners and honorees.
