Forsythia Estate in Stargard is a residential project designed for Stargardzkie TBS. The project comprises eight residential buildings, including six solely for apartments and two with commercial spaces on the ground floor. The entire estate is harmoniously integrated into the surrounding environment, and the arrangement of buildings fosters community integration and neighborly relationships. The buildings are characterized by simple, compact structures and a repetitive functional layout, with the possibility of customization through various finishing materials. This approach allows for cost reduction in construction and maintenance while ensuring energy efficiency through appropriate technical and material solutions. The project also incorporates solutions for rainwater and meltwater retention, minimizing the negative environmental impact of construction.
Each building has four above-ground floors. The central communication core features elevators adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, storage units, and pram and bicycle rooms. The functional layout of the buildings maximizes the number of corner apartments, enhancing their flexibility and improving the living comfort of the residents.
