The idea of creating a forest “oasis” was inspired by the current global pandemic situation. We have all come to appreciate the value of having a place outside of our primary residence where we can retreat and isolate with our closest family.

A self-sufficient unit has been designed with a bathroom, a food preparation area, a bedroom, and a workspace. These functions are distributed on mezzanines, each with a view of the lake and surroundings. The layout can be arranged and divided as needed by the users.

The structure of the building is shaped vertically, further emphasized by elevating the entire structure relative to ground level, utilizing the natural terrain. The interior is designed to be monochromatic, with accessories carefully selected to create a space where textures and materials play a central role. All finishing elements were chosen to ensure an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony with the surrounding nature.

The forest “oasis” offers a refuge that allows for complete isolation from urban noise, while providing all the comforts needed for a comfortable life. Thanks to its functional and flexible spatial arrangement, users can enjoy both privacy and the beauty of the surrounding nature.
